Shipping & delivery

Shipping cost to Finland as basic shipping methods (picking up from chosen delivery spot) for all orders under 100,00 € is 4,90€. Orders including a special service (like home delivery) have shipping costs depending on chosen delivery method, and those costs are automatically added to your final price. You can see the shipping cost in your shopping basket before you accept your order.

 

We offer several shipping methods ( e.g. by Finnish Mail). A customer chooses from different given options before payment phase. At this same phase, a customer also chooses the delivery spot from the options.

 

Omahima /Kikako Oy is not liable for errors or damages caused by shipping provider, and in these cases the compensation must be asked for the shipping company.

 

Omahima covers the possible return costs inside Finland except in certain special circumstances, read more below. The produt(s) must be returned by using the same shipping company, as the cheapest option suitable for the packet. In case there is no retun sticker attached to the original delivery, a customer pays for the return costs, sends a bank account/PayPal account information to Omahima and Omahima then pays those return costs to the customer.

Circumstances in which Omahima does not cover return costs

  • Client does not pick up the order at all, and it returns to Omahima. In this case, Omahima reduces the costs os packaging 5,00 euros and the real return costs from the returned purchase price.
  • Clien returns purchased item/items used or so poorly packed that they have suffered damages. In this case, Omahima does not cover return costs or reduces the costs from the returned purchase price part.
  • The order has been made to an adress outside Finland by special agreement. Omahima covers return costs ONLY inside Finland.

The returned product must be returned in its' own package, and  so carefully covered & packaged that it does not damage during the delivery. The returned product must also be unused and at the same condition as it was when arriving to the customer. In case the product has been used or it is unsufficiently packaged, Omahima may reduce from the return purchase price a sum corresponding the damages.

 

In case a client's order value reaches the limit of free delivery, but the client returns some item(s) so that the final value stays under free delivery, Omahima adds the basic delivery costs to the order; thus reducing them from the returned purchase price.

Delivery period

The most common delivery period to Finland is around 2 - 7 days, depending on the shipping method. In case there are products with a special delivery time (e.g. longer order time) it is informed in the product information. To the EU area, delivery times vary a lot because of the shipping companies timetables.

A customer may pay in all methods described and offered at the web shop.

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.
