Terms of Delivery

The company sells products to individuals over 18 yrs and to other companies & organisations in the European Union. These terms of delivery are applied to the orders from our web store and to the deliveries as well.

These terms of delivery are valid as from 24.2.2020. We have the right to change these terms of delivery unilaterally from time to time so please go them through each time and before you order from our web store.


Products and prices

Characteristics and prices of products in our web store are presented in each product description. We reserve the right to change the prices and delivery fees so please check the above amounts in the shopping basket before you accept the order. The prices of the products include the value added tax (VAT) and you can see the amount of VAT in the shopping basket and in the order confirmation.


Delivery fees

The delivery fee will be 4,90€ for orders under value of 100,00 € delivered as a basic shipment method to Finland. The delivery fees for orders with special services (like home delivery) depend on chosen method of delivery. The delivery fee will be added automatically to the total amount of your order, and you can see the fee and the total amount in your shopping basket before you accept your order.


Omahima covers the possible return costs inside Finland except in certain special circumstances, read more below. The produt(s) must be returned by using the same shipping company, as the cheapest option suitable for the packet. In case there is no retun sticker attached to the original delivery, a customer pays for the return costs, sends a bank account/PayPal account information to Omahima and Omahima then pays those return costs to the customer.

Circumstances in which Omahima does not cover return costs

  • Client does not pick up the order at all, and it returns to Omahima. In this case, Omahima reduces the packaging costs of 5,00 euros and the return costs from the returned purchase price.
  • Clien returns purchased item/items used or so poorly packed that they have suffered damages. In this case, Omahima does not cover return costs or reduces the costs from the returned purchase price part.
  • The order has been made to an adress outside Finland. Omahima covers return costs ONLY inside Finland.

In case a client's order value reaches the limit of free delivery, but the client returns some item(s) so that the final value of the order goes under free delivery, Omahima adds the basic delivery costs to the order; thus reducing them from the returned purchase price + return costs.


The returned product must be returned in its' own package and carefully packed so that it won't damage during the return. The returned product must be unused and in the same condition it was in arrival at the customer's. In case the product is used or unsufficiently packed and therefore damaged, the company may reduce the lowered value from the returned price. 



Ordering and contract

You can order products in our web store by adding them in to your shopping basket, by accepting your order and by paying it in the payment cashier. When ordering in our web store we require that you have read and accepted our terms of delivery which are valid at the time of ordering. You must understand that your accepted order confirmed by us (except to the extent as the cancellation right below may be applied) is binding and will form, together with these terms of delivery, a contract between us.



For paying your order you can choose any payment method for your shopping basket set in our web store. 


Payment Service Provider

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

Payment by invoice - only for organsations when separately agreed

Delivery method and delivery time

We delivery your order by using the method you choose when doing your order.

Notice that pick-up from storage is possible only when agreed beforehand, and concerns only orders whose size or other special reason requires it.


The most common delivery time inside Finland is 2 - 7 days, depending on delivery method. Exceptional delivery times are mentioned in the product description. We cannot influence and therefore neither carry responsibility for the exceptionally lond delivery times of operating companies (e.g. Post, Matkahuolto).


Right to cancel and return of the delivery 

If you are a consumer you have the right to cancel your order in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act by notifying your cancellation to us at the latest 14 days after you have received the goods, or the last lot of the delivery. If the contract concerns regular deliveries of goods, then the cancellation must be done at the latest 14 days after you have received the first shipment.


You must make your notification of cancellation in a clear way; for example by using our cancellation notification form, by sending your notification to our e-mail address set out below, or by a written notification attached to your return delivery of the goods.


The right to cancel applies solely to distant purchases, and the goods returned shall respectively be set in their original package, be unused, and be well packaged for the return delivery. In case the returned good is used, or damaged as a concequence of careless or faulty packaging, we have the right to deduct the corresponding value decrease form the returned purchase price and the return delivery costs.


If you cancel your order you have to return the goods promptly and at the latest within 14 days after receiving the order, to the Return Address mentioned in these terms below.  If needed you have to evidence that the goods are returned within the above mentioned return time (e.g. by showing the return receipt). You have to pay for the costs of the return of the goods but we shall return that cost together with the purchase price. 


When returning the goods, please attach your name, contact information and your adequate bank account number. The return payments shall be done to the same payment method as youpaid it. The returns shipment costs are paid to your bank account.  We will return such payment promptly to you in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Inspection of the delivery, defects and problems 


Please inspect the delivery received promptly. If a good is lost or damaged during the transport or if the delivery otherwise is not as you have ordered or if there is a defect in the good, please notify this to our Customer service info@omahima.fi promptly and at the latest within 14 days so we can agree how to correct the situation.

Regarding defects related to products ordered by consumers we adhere to the mandatory provisions of the consumer protection legislation.

Limitation of liability

Omahima / Kikako Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or other damage related to or arising from the order, delivery or the product, except to the extent as stipulated by the mandatory provisions of the consumer protection law or by the mandatory provisions of other applicable law.  



In case of any dispute regarding your order we wish to settle it with you. So please contact our Customer service in such matters so we can try to settle the issue.

If a dispute concerning a sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiation between the parties, the consumer can submit the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board for resolution.

Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer should contact the Local Register Offices' Consumer Advisory Service.
